Here is the list of species I managed to see on my first trip to Canada. Three of us flew from Bristol via Dublin to Toronto and then drove 200 miles West and made base on the shore of Lake Erie in Colchester, Essex. We visited Point Pelee National Park most days but made other visits to local hotspots; Hillman Marsh, Kopegaron Woods, Wheatley Provincial Park, St, Clair National Wildlife Area and any other interesting looking roadside pull in plus an hour at Rondeau Provincial Park while heading East back to Toronto Airport. The 98 species highlighted in red were new for me.
